Learning and Development Lead

We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Learning and Development Lead to join our small friendly HR Team.

You will support the Head of HR to drive the implementation of our ambitious People Strategy by leading on the design and delivery of our learning and development plan and organisational development initiatives and interventions.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and line managers to ensure that the skills and capacity of the workforce meet current and emerging organisational needs, embedding our values and behaviours and empowering our managers and people to thrive.
