Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Learning and Development Lead based in Portsmouth, with flexibility for some remote work. The Learning and Development Lead will oversee the creation and implementation of training programs to support employees' professional growth and skill development. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, evaluating their effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership to identify specific learning needs and ensuring that the workforce remains compliant with regulatory and professional standards.
