Overview

An exciting role as a Learning & Development Manager within a top media company. This would be suited to anyone with experience designing and delivering learning programmes to senior stakeholders, particularly within management and leadership development.

This is a flexible hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Responsibilities

  • Create a management and leadership training programme for the business.
  • Facilitate programmes through the whole L&D cycle, from design to delivery and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to assess training needs.
  • Support stakeholders in talent mapping and succession planning.
  • Utilising our LMS system to make training content available anytime, anywhere.

What we want from you

  • Expertise and experience managing a company-wide learning & development portfolio, to include a focus on improving management capability
  • A strong understanding of learning and development best practice
  • Previous experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work streams in a fast-paced business

Preferred Skills

  • CIPD Qualified
  • Coaching qualification or similar- ILM/CMI
