We are seeking a talented Organisational Development & Talent Advisor to join our HR team and support our People and Culture strategy.

As an Organisational Development & Talent Advisor, you will support the Trust’s Organisational Development agenda, promote continuous improvement, and engage stakeholders to embed our vision.

You will work closely with the Organisational Development & Talent Partner and HR team to implement our People and Culture strategy, providing advice, coaching, and support across the Trust.

Your responsibilities include developing organisational development programmes, reviewing management of apprentices and graduates, enhancing employee experience, and overseeing our corporate learning initiatives.

We are proud to have been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in 2023, highlighting strong staff leadership, partnership working, safeguarding, and corporate parenting.

This hybrid role is based in Birmingham. Applicants must reside within a suitable distance and have the right to work in the UK. We do not support sponsorship.
