Learning Coach Program Manager

The Education Product Marketing team is looking for an experienced program manager to drive the delivery of the Learning Coach programme in Germany, Italy, and France. We’re seeking someone who believes in the positive impact that our clients' products can have on teaching and learning.

You will be part of a highly cross-functional team responsible for delivering a cohesive worldwide technology integration coaching program. You’ll work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are expected.

As a member of the Education Product Marketing Team, you will:

  1. Manage the rollout of the Learning Coach programme in Germany, Italy, and France, coordinating across the US ALC team, Product Marketing, Sales, and Professional Learning teams.
  2. Manage enrolment, experience, and support for Learning Coach candidates, coordinating across various tools and systems.
  3. Coordinate a team of Professional Learning Specialists to support the delivery of synchronous learning components of the program.
  4. Collaborate with content teams to ensure the success of the ALC learning objectives through engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning.
  5. Ensure quality assurance of the program along with legal and ethics compliance of all Learning Coaches.
  6. Drive action, problem-solve, and continually improve existing processes to enable effective delivery.
