You'll leverage knowledge and understanding of the respective stakeholders needs and business areas across AXA UK, to shape the delivery of the AXA UK Leadership and Talent proposition, with a future focused mindset. When gaps are identified, our collaborative teams analyse root causes and curate sustainable, cost-effective digital content ensuring our learning solutions are scalable and aligned with AXA UK and Ireland's holistic mindset.

Our team is dedicated to continuous self-development, staying ahead of emerging trends in learning technology and methodologies to enhance learner engagement and effectiveness. We work closely with internal and external partners, including strategic stakeholders, digital designers, and facilitators, to deliver impactful learning experiences at every stage, from discovery to iteration. Through transparent reporting on engagement and performance outcomes, we ensure our initiatives deliver measurable value and support our business objectives. As key contributors within the broader HR and Learning & Development community, we foster a culture of knowledge-sharing, innovation, and growth driving AXA UK’s learning evolution forward.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
