Job Summary:

We are hiring a Learning & Development Partner to evolve our employee development offer to support our people to develop and grow through a range of meaningful learning experiences and support tools. This is a newly created role, reporting to the HR Director, with the opportunity to shape a function from the ground up.

You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to embed a learning culture, mobilise development activity, and implement scalable systems and tools to support our people coordinated through a new Learning Management System (LMS).

In addition, you'll be supporting on a range of cross business development needs in collaboration with our people and functional teams.

We're looking for someone who combines collaborative problem solving with strong delivery skills-who can influence, engage, and create meaningful learning experiences in a growing business. Key Responsibilities:
