Job Summary:
We are hiring a Learning & Development Partner to evolve our employee development offer to support our people to develop and grow through a range of meaningful learning experiences and support tools. This is a newly created role, reporting to the HR Director, with the opportunity to shape a function from the ground up.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to embed a learning culture, mobilise development activity, and implement scalable systems and tools to support our people coordinated through a new Learning Management System (LMS).
In addition, you'll be supporting on a range of cross business development needs in collaboration with our people and functional teams.
We're looking for someone who combines collaborative problem solving with strong delivery skills-who can influence, engage, and create meaningful learning experiences in a growing business. Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilise and influence teams across the business to engage with learning initiatives-building momentum, ownership, and collaboration.
- Create and embed a learning community, helping to foster a culture of shared learning, curiosity, and professional growth.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of internal development initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and internal apprenticeship processes.
- Own the management and coordination of Corndel's LMS, working with a third-party provider and internal stakeholders to ensure an ongoing optimisation.
- Partner with business functions to share and create impactful learning materials and development approaches that support organisational priorities
- Track and report on learning engagement and outcomes, using data and insights to drive improvements and decision-making.
- Coordinate internal development systems, supporting teams to implement, host, and track training and development plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements with stakeholders.
What are we looking for in this role:
- Demonstrable experience leading and coordinating L&D initiatives across a business, with evidence of mobilising and influencing a wide range of stakeholders.
- A track record of creating and embedding L&D communities-building culture as well as capability.
- Experience in coordinating learning solutions in low-resource environments, working around limited systems, infrastructure or budgets.
- Proven ability to own and lead on projects and initiatives, from insight through to impact.
- Experience implementing and/or administering an LMS (or similar digital learning platform).
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and defining your own remit.
