Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
You will work with our clients and Capgemini colleagues to deliver sustainable business change that realises the business outcomes by developing and implementing learning strategies, needs analysis and programs and designing learning courses. Typically, our approach centres on technology enabled change, from large-scale ERP programmes to smaller, digital application development and everything in between. You’ll need to be comfortable working in both waterfall and agile methods of transformation.
Within Your Role As Learning Enablement Consultant, You Will
- Work alongside our clients to address the learning aspects of ERP package implementations and bespoke technology developments
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams
- Be seen as a subject matter expert across a broad range of learning and enablement elements and help us continuously improve our learning offer
- Take an active part in sales and pre-sales activity; developing credentials and contributing to bids
- Mentor and develop our people, particularly our early and emerging talent
Your Skills And Experience
As a Learning and Enablement Consultant, you will be either TAP, LPI or CIPD certified and you will be able to plan, design and implement the delivery of truly blended learning solutions. You will want to collaborate with our clients to understand the needs of their business and its customers and then identify, design and implement learning solutions and technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals. You will be adept at engaging all key stakeholders to make sure that the learning will be a success for the client. You will have:
- Demonstrable consulting skills – facilitating workshops, solving complex problems, writing documents, delivering compelling messages, gaining trust, managing teams, working with uncertainty, thinking on your feet! – will all be second nature to you. You’ll be comfortable working with a range of colleagues and clients up to the most senior level
- An understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to business transformation
- An understanding of the importance of performance support as an enablement factor for our clients through the use of Digital Adoption tools such as: SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, WhatFix and Oracle Guided Learning
- Experience of IT package implementations including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning systems), or large custom builds is desirable
- A broad understanding SAP and the development of SAP training materials
- SAP training experience in the following modules: Plan to Report (PTR) PTR and Forecast to Load (FTL)
- Proven experience and expertise in the application of the following learning and development methodology with an emphasis on digitally enabled learning and enablement in an agile environment:
- One or more full system-based training projects
- Learning strategy / needs analysis, based on digital and modern approaches to learning and knowledge transfer
- Understanding the change and enabling readiness
- Development of blended learning solutions
- Training delivery to include Train the Trainer
- Learning evaluation - driving performance improvement and supporting business change and involvement in sales and pre-sales related content, presenting and managing proposals
Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
