Learning Experience Designer

We’re looking for a confident and creative Learning Experience Designer to help us craft innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that deliver real impact. At Omniplex Learning, we work with a diverse range of clients to push the boundaries of digital learning. You’ll be part of a team that’s passionate about learning science, creativity, and collaboration and you’ll play a key role in helping organisations achieve measurable outcomes through engaging content.
About You
You’re a confident communicator and creative thinker with a strong foundation in instructional design. You know how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences and thrive in collaborative environments. You’re proactive, adaptable, and passionate about learning innovation.
- Proven experience in instructional design, ideally across both digital and blended formats
- Strong storytelling skills to present ideas clearly clients and stakeholders
- Ability to analyse client needs and propose resonant learning solutions
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A passion for learning innovation and continuous development
- A collaborative mindset and client-focused approach
This role focuses on designing impactful learning experiences that meet both learner and business needs. You’ll be involved from initial sales brief through to delivery—scoping, shaping, and presenting solutions with creativity and precision. Collaboration with internal teams and clients is key, as is grounding your work in learning science. Confident communication and stakeholder engagement will be central to your success.
- Consult with clients to understand needs and propose high-level learning solutions
- Analyse and audit client content, conduct workshops, and storyboard learning journeys
- Collaborate with graphic designers, visual designers, and developers to build final products
- Present ideas passionately and clearly to secure client buy-in
- Join weekly stand-ups with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing
- Support wider business strategies through learning design
