Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

Circa £27,600 - £35,000, depending on experience and location

Working in our UK support functions you’ll play a key part in helping our customer facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care. As a Learning Experience Expert, you will work closely with the UK Insurance business, ensuring that their learning needs are met in a manner that aligns with the needs of their people, customers, and commercial objectives, both now and in the future. The role is also actively involved in the transformation of learning methodologies towards a digital first approach, including ‘Learning in the Flow of Work’ and ‘Learning at the Point of Need’.

The role holder will support stakeholders and the wider learning community to deliver this transition, contributing to tangible business benefits and exceptional learning experiences. The Learning Experience Expert will be a key member of a diverse team of in-house Learning Experience Experts and Associates, supporting their development and the flexible allocation of resources. They will also contribute to large change projects and flagship initiatives, involved across the entire learning cycle from scope to evaluation.
