Base Pay Range (Salary: £36,025 per annum) Contract- Permanent, Office Based (No hybrid working available) Hours- 32 hours, 4 days per week, 8.30 till 5pm Location: Gogar Depot, 1 Myreton Drive, Edinburgh, EH12 9GF. We’re looking for a proactive and tech‑savvy Learning Experience Platform (LXP) Specialist to help us deliver engaging, impactful digital learning experiences across our organisation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimising our LXP to enhance learner engagement, manage content curation and analytics, and support the continuous development of our learning ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business goals, learning strategies, and the evolving needs of our people. About The Role
Manage and maintain the Learning Experience Platform, ensuring seamless functionality, user access, and data integrity. Curate, upload, and manage high-quality learning content, ensuring it is well‑organised and easily accessible for all users. Analyse learner engagement data and platform analytics to drive continuous improvement and inform learning strategies.
About You
Strong understanding of digital learning tools and platforms (experience with LXPs/LMS). Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and insights generation using platform data. Passionate about modern learning, user experience, and continuous improvement. CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience working with digital learning platforms or learning management systems.
