Job Introduction

Sodexo are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Learning & Performance Administrator.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our Learning, Performance, and Talent Management system, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll respond to user queries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, becoming a trusted point of contact for system support. You'll also play a key role in supporting the wider Learning & Performance team with a range of administrative activities that contribute to delivering high-quality learning experiences across the organisation.
