Learning & Teaching Digital Co-ordinator, London Hybrid

Location: London (Hybrid, with occasional travel). Contract type: QA Higher Education Ltd Permanent.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver engaging staff development workshops—both online and in person.
• Design and implement forward-thinking digital learning programmes for academic teams.
• Enhance the QA Academy, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and pedagogical excellence.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve digital user experience and boost student engagement.
• Champion best practices in digital pedagogy, blended learning, and innovative teaching methods.
• Support key learning initiatives through effective coordination and administration.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree-level qualification (essential); a Master’s or equivalent is a plus.
• A teaching qualification or HEA membership, or a strong track record in higher education teaching with a commitment to professional development.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering impactful training programmes.
• A solid understanding of digital learning platforms, pedagogy, and user experience.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for educational innovation.
