A leading national consumer law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its Personal Injury (RTA) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator to handle a high-quality caseload within a modern, tech-driven and people-focused environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of RTA Fast Track and litigated matters, ensuring each file progresses efficiently toward settlement while providing exceptional client care. You’ll work closely with other specialists across the department to deliver practical, results‑driven outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a caseload of RTA Fast Track and litigated claims from instruction to settlement.
  • Ensure all files are progressed efficiently, adhering to timescales, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Secure and review medical evidence, value claims in line with Judicial College Guidelines, and prepare schedules of loss.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including court pleadings, directions, and briefs to counsel.
  • Manage financial performance by meeting billing and KPI targets.
  • Provide outstanding client service and communication throughout the claims process.

About You

  • Proven experience handling Claimant RTA Fast Track files.
  • Knowledge of Part 8 and MOJ Portal processes.
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedure and case law.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated to achieve financial targets and contribute to team success.
