The Role
As Compliance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the firm’s compliance with SRA regulations and other professional standards
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance and risk management policies
- Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and risk matters
- Monitoring and reporting on regulatory changes and ensuring appropriate processes are in place
- Working closely with senior management to ensure best practice across the firm
- Handling data protection and anti-money laundering compliance

About You
- Previous experience in compliance/risk management within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of SRA standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proactive approach with strong organisational skills
- Ability to influence and work effectively with colleagues at all levels
