A role you will love
This role focuses on drafting and negotiation of complex client contracts for our market‑leading Employee Share Plans business, the largest provider of share‑plan administration services in Europe. You will help the business to achieve success and growth on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, draft, negotiate, and execute client agreements, minimising risks and maximising legal rights.
- Deliver expert, proactive, and robust legal advice to stakeholders in a timely manner to meet project deadlines seamlessly.
- Proactively evaluate processes and procedures, identifying risks, non‑compliance, and opportunities for improvement.
- Keep abreast of trends and developments in commercial law.
- Work closely with the share‑plans legal team.
What will you bring to the role?
To succeed you will be a UK‑qualified solicitor with extensive experience in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and execution.
