The Role

As In-House Legal Counsel, you’ll play a key role in helping the business scale safely and smartly. You’ll provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across all areas of the business, with a focus on:

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts (influencer, tech/SaaS, consultancy, recruitment, global consumer & B2B)
  • Advising on commercial matters across departments
  • Leading legal projects aligned with the company’s strategy
  • Supporting IP, brand protection, and privacy/GDPR matters
  • Designing and delivering internal legal training

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-6 years PQE
  • Strong commercial law experience (In-House or Private Practice)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive mindset
  • A collaborative, curious, and commercially aware approach
