Responsibilities

You will be responsible for digital data & data privacy within a team of in-house lawyers. Leveraging your stakeholder management skills and legal expertise, you’ll play an integral role in the cross-functional matrix and contribute to the company’s mission to digitise healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• A curious and intellectual mindset: a willingness to stay abreast of changes in legislation, particularly relating to advances in Artificial Intelligence and technology.
• Excellent communication skills: the confidence to liaise with stakeholders and advocate for decisions in litigation when necessary.
• Solid business acumen: the ability to identify potential risks while remaining pragmatic and flexible in decision-making.
• Strong technical legal ability: reviewing, drafting, amending and negotiating highly complex, high-value contracts related to digital products and solutions.
• Digital sector experience: ideally within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or medical devices, with a working knowledge of data privacy laws desirable.
