Overview

You will undertake an extremely varied role, working principally on a wide range of commercial contracts and also dealing with additional ad hoc day to day legal issues as and when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of commercial contracts and on ad hoc day to day legal issues as they arise.
• Operate with significant autonomy to run your own matters from the outset.
• Maintain direct exposure to stakeholders at all levels within the business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or qualified Lawyer in another Common Law jurisdiction.
• Prior in-house experience is not a prerequisite but would be advantageous.
