Legal Counsel – Commercial (Technology & Outsourcing), Senior Vice President

Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening as SVP Legal Counsel- Commercial. Based in Manchester, with hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Engage in negotiations of vendor contracts focusing primarily on complex technology procurement as well as agreements for procurement of other goods and services including consulting services, business process outsourcing, and information technology-related services.

Qualifications

• Legal Degree, minimum 4 years PQE from a well-regarded law school and law firm, or financial institution.
• Demonstrable ability to quickly analyse problems and to devise and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance on outsourcing and other third party relationships.
• Knowledge of global privacy laws would be beneficial.
