Here’s what you’ll be doing

We\'re looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team; someone motivated to develop their skills and expertise and make a real impact on our business from day one. This role is a great opportunity to get a wide breadth of legal experience, tackling everything from large-scale global deals to essential, day-to-day legal tasks.

You\'ll be a key part of our team, helping us navigate a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of legal challenges.

As one of our lawyers, you\'ll:

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, practical, and effective legal advice across a wide range of legal matters.
• Prioritise a varied workload and thrive under pressure, making quick, sound decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of contracts and legal documents.
• Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Work collaboratively with the legal team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Take ownership of tasks and actively chase to get things done, ensuring projects keep moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Qualifications

• A UK-qualified solicitor
• Proactive and keen to develop their legal expertise across a wide range of practice areas.
• A team player who isn\'t afraid of the hard graft and is willing to tackle any task, no matter how big or small.
• An excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Organised and able to effectively prioritise a demanding workload.
• Motivated to work in a dynamic, in-house environment.
