Reporting directly to our General Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the LGHHM business and gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of in‑house legal work.

What You'll Be Doing

Commercial Contracts

  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with suppliers, consultants, and partners.
  • Provide clear, practical advice on contractual issues and business risks.
  • Support compliance and contract lifecycle management.

Corporate Governance

  • Coordinate board meetings and prepare board packs.
  • Manage filings, statutory registers, and entity data for UK and overseas subsidiaries.
  • Handle transactional support, including document execution and legalisation.

Real Estate

  • Assist with acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
  • Advise on development projects and compliance matters.
  • Liaise with external counsel on complex property issues.

If you have 1-3 years’ experience (ideally with exposure to real estate or hospitality), this could be the perfect opportunity for you., UK-qualified lawyer with 1-3 years PQE, gained in‑house or in private practice.

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in commercial contracts and governance, with interest or experience in real estate and/or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and record‑keeping.
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to support a broad range of in‑house legal matters.
  • Sound problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic approach to legal and business challenges.
