Job Description:

Description: We are seeking a Legal Department Administrative Operations (LDAO) Analyst to join our team. The LDAO Analyst will support the Legal Department Senior Manager and other members, managing various policies, programs, and processes. The role requires exercising independent judgment, initiative, and collaboration on departmental and firmwide projects aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review, analyze, and monitor LDAO programs, including the Offboarding program, Audit Response Letters, and policies on Board Service and Public Office.
  2. Analyze data and metrics to identify issues and trends for process improvements.
  3. Conduct research to support planning and objectives.
  4. Assist in planning and executing administrative projects, suggesting workflow improvements.
  5. Ensure timely completion of project milestones and documentation.
  6. Handle special projects as assigned.
