Job Description:
Description: We are seeking a Legal Department Administrative Operations (LDAO) Analyst to join our team. The LDAO Analyst will support the Legal Department Senior Manager and other members, managing various policies, programs, and processes. The role requires exercising independent judgment, initiative, and collaboration on departmental and firmwide projects aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and monitor LDAO programs, including the Offboarding program, Audit Response Letters, and policies on Board Service and Public Office.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify issues and trends for process improvements.
- Conduct research to support planning and objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing administrative projects, suggesting workflow improvements.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and documentation.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with systems ownership and platform management, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Professional interaction at all levels.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Discretion in issue escalation and communication.
- Capability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Clear and concise writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems like iManage.

Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3+ years of professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital workflow platforms like ServiceNow.
- Law firm experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Moderate to advanced keyboard use.
