Legal Manager: Property Law

Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid).

Competitive salary + car allowance + bonus.

As the Divisional Legal Manager, you will lead a team of 14, supported by two Assistant Divisional Legal Managers, delivering outstanding estate conveyancing services for the sale of new homes, part‑exchange, and other transactions. Your leadership will foster a motivated and professional team that consistently exceeds expectations, delighting both internal and external customers.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a proven track record in Property Law / residential estate conveyancing.
• Experience leading and managing large teams in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
• A natural leader with an understanding of staff motivation, training and development, ensuring your team thrives and reaches its full potential.
