Business Process Manager - Solicitor's Firm - London

This established, multi-office private practice based in northwest London is seeking a Business Process Manager to support ongoing modernisation and operational efficiency across the firm.

The Role

You will take ownership of identifying, mapping and optimising end-to-end business processes across the firm, working closely with Partners and Heads of Department to streamline workflows, reduce manual inefficiencies and drive cultural adoption of improved systems and practices. This is a hands‑on implementation role requiring strong collaboration skills with both earning and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process review and redesign across departments (client intake, matter progression, billing, risk & compliance)
• Developing SOPs, playbooks and optimisation frameworks
• Gathering and analysing workflow data to inform improvements
• Facilitating change adoption and embedding best practice
• Partnering with IT, HR and departmental leads on firm-wide initiatives

You

We are inviting interest from candidates with:

• Proven experience in business process, legal ops, ideally from billing background
• Previous law firm experience is ESSENTIAL
• Strong stakeholder management and change delivery experience
• Live in a reasonable distance of northwest London / Hertfordshire
