What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

  • File management tasks to ensure full compliance with practices including, Lexcel, Code of Conduct, Anti-Money Laundering and Foot Anstey procedures.
  • Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times.
  • Managing routine client enquiries, to ensure all required information and details are obtained to comply with file opening requirements.
  • Ad hoc administration duties for and on behalf of fee earners in the team, including support on matter and financial matter management.
  • Diary, travel and meeting management tasks.

  • Prior experience working within an administrative function.
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbally) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas.
