What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning busy diary management for multiple Partners

• ️ Coordinating travel, meetings & conference calls

• Preparing, editing & formatting legal documents & presentations

• Managing billing, expenses & digital filing

What We're Looking For:

• Previous legal secretarial experience (IP is a bonus!)

• Ultra-organised & proactive - thrives under pressure

• Strong MS Office skills & confident with new tech

• A team player with a polished, professional approach
