Are you a proactive and personable Legal PA looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced, high-performing environment? A leading US law firm, based near Moorgate, is on the lookout for a talented Legal PA to join their Corporate Funds team. This is a newly created role that has come about due to growth and increased demand. You'll be supporting a highly respected Partner (ranked top in Chambers) along with a wider allocation!

Responsibilities

• Managing complex diaries and inboxes, taking care with attention to detail
• Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
• Handling expenses and supporting event planning
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Drafting correspondence and preparing and editing documents
• Opening matters and billing
• Anticipating needs and taking initiative to make your fee earner's life easier

Qualifications

• A Legal PA or Executive Assistant with 4+ years of continuous experience in a top ranked law firm
• Self-managed, highly organised, and thrives under pressure
• Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable nature
• Team player who is comfortable liaising at all levels
