We are seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join a well-established legal team supporting a senior fee earner in a busy and dynamic environment. For this role you will require proven legal secretarial experience, ideally within Personal Injury or civil litigation

What You’ll Do

  • Produce correspondence and legal documents through audio typing and word processing
  • Organise diaries, schedule meetings, and handle appointments
  • Support clients in person and over the phone, ensuring excellent client care
  • Assist colleagues across the secretarial and administration team
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold firm standards
