This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from 9:00/9:30am to 5:30/6:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with one day working from home each week. In addition to a competitive salary, the position includes a generous benefits package, comprising 25 days of annual leave and private medical cover.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA within a busy law firm (small or medium-sized firm experience preferred)
• Proven involvement in billing and/or marketing-related tasks
• Strong tenure in previous roles, showing reliability and commitment
• Legal secretarial skills and experience supporting legal professionals
• Confident, polished, and well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
