What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in legal or professional services.
• Confident in 360 recruitment with a consultative approach.
• A strong track record of delivery and relationship-building with clients and candidates.
• Commercially-minded and motivated to grow a niche.
• Someone who values fit, longevity, and making the right match.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of our established legal desk.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and firm culture.
• Match candidates on both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief to placement.
• Stay ahead of market trends and help shape the desk's direction.
