Job Description

The Resales Administrator is responsible for handling legal documentation related to the completion of property sales.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Process incoming legal documentation to accurately reflect the transfer of property ownership in our internal systems.
  • Issue post‑completion documentation to solicitors in a timely manner, enabling them to complete registration of their clients with HM Land Registry.
  • Independently manage and report on personal workload, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills; confident liaising with staff and external solicitors.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • High attention to detail with a methodical, accurate, and flexible approach to work.
  • Proactive team player with initiative, a willingness to learn, and readiness to ask questions.
  • Minimum GCSEs (A–C) in English & Maths; 2+ years' admin experience preferred, ideally in property management.
