Service Care Solutions is working alongside a leading Legal 500 company, based in the West Midlands, which is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team. The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with confidence and efficiency, including:

• Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases
• New Build Purchases
• Transfers of Equity
• Remortgages
• Lease Extensions
• First Registrations
• Providing Land Law advice
• Non-transactional conveyancing work

Caseload & Targets: Expected to manage 120–150 active files with an annual financial target of £130k–£150k.
