Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Patterns: Monday – Friday, with flexible hours and 1 day per week remote work if needed.

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Letting Administrator to join our Resident Contracts team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative process for new and existing Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), tenant referencing, and rent collection.
- Ensure a smooth move-in process, continuously seeking process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Complete Right to Rent and reference checks.
- Create tenancy and license agreements, entering details into our CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to facilitate a seamless customer journey.
- Handle general accounting tasks, including uploading rent schedules and processing refunds.
- Track incoming payments and allocate them to tenants, rectifying discrepancies.
- Follow up on overdue payments to ensure rent is current.
- Conduct credit and ID checks in compliance with legislation.
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed.
- Support the Resident Contracts Manager with new initiatives and process improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
An experienced, detail-oriented lettings administrator with efficiency and a passion for excellent customer service.
Required Experience:
- Previous lettings administration or similar experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong typing and document management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and discretion handling confidential information.
- Proactive learner, adaptable to new systems, and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
