Job Description

• Investor base includes primarily Institutional investors but may also include Banks
• Salesperson responsible for the distribution of Leveraged Loans and High Yield in primary and
secondary markets.

Ensure primary transaction execution of both Loan and HY meets investors' and Natixis' requirements.
• Leads key discussions/negotiations with investors with a view to develop sales & trades and other cross selling opportunities
• Plan and organise client meetings, establishing high level contacts at clients.
• Develop knowledge of clients and their needs.

Financial Performance
• Aim to achieve annual budget which is determined by Senior management in line with overall goals of the
business unit.

Reporting and Communication
• To ensure accurate and timely communication of investor appetite and market information to relevant colleagues
which includes Trading, Syndicate, Origination, GSCS and Senior Management
• Contribute to ongoing call reports from investor meetings.

Control
• Ensure clients are suitably classified (under FCA rules) and are dealt with appropriately
• Ensure clients are cleared by Credit, Legal, Compliance and Operations before trading.

Risk
• Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and the client, resulting from successful conclusion of transactions.

Legal & Regulatory Responsibilities
• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements as issued from time to time, including, but not limited to: the London Compliance manual; Compliance policies and procedures;
• Security policies & procedures; Financial Security requirements, including but not limited to the prevention of.
Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
• Complete all Mandatory Training as required to maintain competence.

• Responsible for producing new and recurring customer business, client call reports and periodic KYC assistance to vetting teams as required

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience


• Strong experience of the primary and secondary markets for and loans.
• Able to manage multiple Primary transactions simultaneously
• Strong negotiator, communicator and team player
• Self-motivated, dynamic, flexible and able to work effectively under pressure.

Contractual plus flexibility required in order to meet operational requirements and business needs.
Hybrid working applies to almost all roles. Operational and business requirements must be taken into account.
