Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between the UK office and Japan HQ, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
  • Provide general support for internal operations, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and internal coordination across departments.

Requirements

  • Experience in back-office roles at Japanese companies preferred
  • Financial/accounting knowledge is not required but would be a plus
  • Japanese language fluency and business-level English
  • Permanent residency in the UK strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely (2 days/week WFH)
