Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the UK office and Japan HQ, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide general support for internal operations, including documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Assist with administrative tasks and internal coordination across departments.
Requirements
- Experience in back-office roles at Japanese companies preferred
- Financial/accounting knowledge is not required but would be a plus
- Japanese language fluency and business-level English
- Permanent residency in the UK strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently and remotely (2 days/week WFH)
