Our client is seeking a Paralegal to assist their in-house legal team, working predominantly on litigation matters, particularly with motor finance commission claims, as well as general consumer credit and vehicle quality disputes.

The successful candidate will work with a Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer on debt recovery matters and liaise with the business to obtain instructions for external solicitors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, dealing with consumer credit. Experience within the motor finance industry would be an advantage.
