Overview
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced social media professional with a passion for health and wellbeing to join our dynamic and talented team. You'll be responsible for every aspect of our social media communications from start to finish, leading on strategy through to planning, creating and implementing social content across all of our social media channels. You will also play a pivotal role in building and connecting with our highly engaged and loyal Liz Earle Wellbeing community, responding to comments and queries from our followers.
Responsibilities
- Planning, creation and scheduling all social media content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, promoting our podcasts, publications, campaigns and affiliate partnerships
- Liaising with our partner brands to deliver compelling commercial content, on brief and on time
- Creating scripts and briefs and directing and editing video content featuring talent
- Managing the Content Producer who will assist in capturing images and video content
- Analysing and using insights from our social media data to optimise reach of content and develop multiplatform strategies
- Producing monthly social reports to wider team
- Keeping up to date with relevant trends and news stories, identifying content gaps and new content opportunities
- Responding to all comments on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube and continuing to grow the Liz Earle Wellbeing community
- Overseeing a weekly @LizEarleWellbeing Instagram/Facebook Live
- Developing and growing our LinkedIn channel to promote commercial partnerships
- Supporting strategy and content as required on Liz's Earle's own Instagram @LizEarleMe
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), with previous work in beauty, wellbeing or lifestyle an advantage
- Proven track record in content creation using Adobe InDesign, Canva or other relevant software, and video editing skills Premiere Pro, CapCut or other relevant software
- Ability to analyse social media data to monitor performance, guide strategy and produce reports
- A true team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience of managing a direct report
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Unflappable under pressure, and able to deliver work at a consistently high standard
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable at dealing with all levels of staff
- Confident in taking the initiative in order to achieve desired results
- A self-starter, brilliant at time management, able to work on their own as well as part of a team
- A great problem-solver able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
- Adaptable and hands-on, willing to take on additional projects and go the extra mile to support all colleagues
- A keen interest in health and wellbeing are essential
