Service Care Solutions is currently working with a popular local authority based in Stoke-on-Trent, seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.

This role offers a competitive rate of:

• PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £52.76 per hour DOE
• Umbrella - £60 per hour DOE

The position is on a 3-month contract with the potential to extend and is fully remote for the right candidate.

Responsibilities as an Adult Social Care Solicitor:

• Provide high-quality, efficient, and effective legal and administrative advice and services to the County Council, partners, and external customers.
• Handle a high caseload in Adult Social Care from start to completion.
• Provide expert advice and guidance within your area of expertise.

About you as an Adult Social Care Solicitor:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
• Experience working in the Adult Social Care legal team for a local authority.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ experience in adult social care law.
