Description

• Managing a caseload of probate matters, including taxable estates
• Supporting the team with a short-term influx of work
• Drafting wills, LPAs and related private client documentation
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
• Liaising with HMRC, financial institutions and third parties
• Working independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Potentially supporting with wider private client work as needed

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' experience in private client law
• Confident handling probate matters, including taxable estates
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Able to manage their time effectively across full or part-time hours
• Available to start at short notice

Job Offer

• £50-60 per hour DOE
