Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Manchester. They are seeking a Locum Property Solicitor to join their team on a 3 month contract basis (with potential to extend).

Contract details

This role pays a competitive rate of:

• Umbrella rate - £50-£55 an hour depending on experience
• PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour

This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own Commercial Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Handle Property law matters in relation to Corporate support, Acting for lenders and Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, options, conditional contracts and coverage.

About you

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law
• Good communication skills written and verbal.
• Able to work under pressure.
