Logistics Coordinator – Luxury Goods (Fine Wine)

Northamptonshire | Hybrid (2 days WFH) | Full-time | £24,000 - £27,000

A boutique luxury goods business, renowned for sourcing some of the world’s most exclusive and hard-to-find products, is on the lookout for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team.

This isn’t your average logistics job - you’ll be part of a tight-knit operation, helping ensure that rare, high-value products are delivered to clients across the globe with precision and care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating UK and international freight, bonded warehouse transfers, and high-end deliveries
• Managing logistics communications with clients and suppliers
• Overseeing key aspects of sales invoicing, issuing credit notes, and updating ERP systems
• Supporting internal teams (stock, broking, finance) with logistical and administrative needs
• Organising shipping via air and sea freight to clients across Europe, Asia, and the US
• Identifying and implementing cost-efficient delivery routes and options
• Processing card payments, answering client queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience

What You’ll Need

• Previous admin or logistics experience (preferably in a premium or FMCG environment)
• High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Strong IT skills – confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP platforms
• Great communication skills and a team-first mindset
• A proactive, solutions-led attitude
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations (a bonus, not a must)
