Your Purpose
- Lead a regional Building Services practice team recognised for technical excellence and responsiveness to business needs.
- Manage team productivity and resource allocation, including coordination with the Global Technology Centre (GTC).
- Collaborate with other Regional Practice Managers to align resources with market strategies.
- Support technical development and assurance of deliverables across the team.
- Drive performance and development plans aligned with individual and organisational goals.
- Champion initiatives such as GTC-first, ED&I, wellbeing, and digital transformation.
- Lead client engagement and ensure successful delivery to secure repeat business.
- Act as Project Manager or Director when required, ensuring financial and technical performance.
- Chartered Engineer with membership in CIBSE, IMechE, IET or equivalent institution and building design sector.
- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Strong technical experience in the private commercial sector.
- Proven track record in leading teams to win and deliver major buildings/infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated ability in client account management and relationship building.
- Strong leadership qualities—collaborative, self-motivated, and committed to sustainable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on inclusivity.
- High level of commercial acumen and understanding of corporate operations.
- Adaptability to different cultures and working environments, with a proactive and innovative mindset.
