Our Global Technology Business Unit is looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to join us, working with high-profile clients and building systems that make everyday tasks easier. Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, you will lead transformative digital projects across various sectors. You will shape solutions and strategies, create high-level and low-level designs, and provide hands-on technical leadership. Your ability to understand requirements quickly and map them to Microsoft 365 technologies will be key. You will build client relationships, manage stakeholders, and deliver insights that help shape long-term technology strategies. You will mentor colleagues and contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement. You should be able to engage with senior stakeholders, bring innovative ideas from previous engagements, and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • Engage with clients to capture and understand business requirements
  • Architect Microsoft 365 solutions tailored to client needs
  • Create and present high-level and low-level design documents
  • Work hands-on with SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Co-Pilot
  • Collaborate using Agile and other frameworks such as TOGAF and SAFe
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team

Required Qualifications

To succeed, bring a blend of technical expertise, consulting experience, and enthusiasm for Microsoft 365. A good working knowledge across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is essential, with deep skills in areas such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience delivering solutions in diverse project environments is valued. You should be confident using Microsoft 365 tools to build integrated, scalable solutions and able to articulate business value. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously. Experience with AI-driven features like Co-Pilot is advantageous. Familiarity with architecture and delivery methodologies (Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and frameworks like TOGAF is expected. Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and hybrid deployments is beneficial.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 with specialist skills in SharePoint, Teams, or OneDrive
  • Familiarity with Co-Pilot and other AI-enhanced Microsoft tools
  • Experience with TOGAF, Agile, SAFe
  • Ability to produce clear, detailed technical documentation and HLDs
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 migrations or hybrid environments
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
