Overview

Enso Recruitment is working with a leading Microsoft Partner to recruit an M365 Consultant for a permanent hybrid role within their Modern Work team. The successful candidate will take ownership of consultancy, deployment, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions for public and private sector organisations in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of greenfield and brownfield deployments of Microsoft 365 and related IT solutions
• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot
• Configure and deploy Microsoft cloud technologies across Microsoft 365 workloads
• Gather and analyse customer requirements, producing high-level and low-level design documentation
• Deliver and run technical design workshops with customers
• Provide technical expertise to support pre-sales opportunities when required
• Design, plan, and deliver Microsoft 365 hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Develop and execute test plans, document results, and conduct client acceptance testing and knowledge transfer
• Produce and complete project handover documentation
• Collaborate effectively with internal technical teams, project management, clients, and external vendors

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud consultancy
• Strong expertise in configuring and deploying Microsoft 365 in large-scale environments
• In-depth knowledge of: Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, Exchange Online design and security, Exchange On-Premises / Exchange Hybrid / Active Directory configuration and design

Desirable Certifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Information Security Administrator Associate
