M&A Data Cleansing and Test Lead - UK/EU Remote - 3 months

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for an experienced Data Cleansing, Separation Testing and Separation Release Lead to play a critical role in a significant plant divestiture project. Reporting to the Technical Lead, this position is responsible for leading data cleansing, separation testing, and release activities related to applications and systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management, business analysis, and IT project execution, with a proven track record of success in complex IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead data cleansing, separation testing, and release activities for applications and systems within a plant divestiture project.
• Coordinate with Technical Lead and stakeholders to ensure data quality, testing coverage, and timely release milestones.
• Apply expertise in data management, data quality, and business analysis to support IT project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on data management, data quality, testing, and business analysis.
• Proven experience in leading data cleansing, testing, and release activities in complex IT projects, preferably within an M&A environment.
• Experience with DevOps - End-to-end software delivery lifecycle (Solution Design, Testing, Data Masking/Cleansing, Release Management).
• Experience with high-profile system migrations - PaaS, SaaS.
• DRP & Business Continuity Planning.
• Experience in Manufacturing Processes (ideally FMCG).
• Contract type: Freelance - 3 months (Possible extension).
• Location: Remote - Must work Easter and Central US time zones.
