RSM delivers client-centric solutions for the middle market by bringing together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm, with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

As part of the RSM Corporate Finance Faculty’s growth objectives, we are looking for a Manager to join the team. We are looking to strengthen the Corporate Finance team and grow the execution and origination capabilities, and as such this role will be key in achieving our ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Project managing transactions, taking the lead in key areas in client meetings and contributing on wider issues; manage risk on assignments and apply the firm’s policy in relation to engagement terms.
- Preparing and reviewing transaction documentation – business plans, information memorandums and financial forecasts.
- Managing the research and approach to potential buyers for clients.
- Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and proposals.
- Working closely with partners and colleagues on business development, including networking, originating leads and presenting at seminars and workshops.
- Building a network across industry, private equity, banks, legal and other advisors; proactively contacting and developing new relationships within the wider market.
What we are looking for

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
- M&A experience in the order of 1-3 years PQE.
- Experience of working on buy-side and sell-side, as well as finance raising.
- Strong numerical and financial skills based on a well-developed understanding of financial statements.
- Proven ability to produce high quality professional documents for clients and internal use.
