Overview Exciting Opportunity: Strategic Tax Advisor for OMBs, PE, and Family-Owned Businesses Big 4 - Tax Manager, Mid Market, Deals / M&A London - Hybrid £45,000 - £61,000 + bonus & package This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building long-term, strategic relationships and enjoys working on complex transactions without the intense "burnout" often associated with M&A roles. Having placed a number of candidates within this team, we know it\'s a great place to work and develop your M&A skills. You\'ll be collaborating with owner-managed businesses, private equity firms, and family-owned organisations during crucial stages of their growth and transition, focusing on long-term planning and preparation before, during, and after transactions. This includes:

Pre-transaction planning: Restructuring, reorganisations, carve-outs, and preparing businesses for sale. Transaction execution: Collaborating closely with leadership teams to ensure seamless processes. Post-deal support: Advising on family investments, trusts, share options, capital gains, and tax treatments.

Working cross-functionally with Mid-Markets, Corporate Finance, Private Business, and Private Client teams, this role allows you to influence and deliver holistic solutions that balance business and personal priorities for clients.
