Maintenance Controller

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on an initial 6‑month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage the maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met.

• Triage maintenance issues in a timely manner to the correct contractor for rectification.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to complete queries promptly and efficiently.
• Pay supplier invoices promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Working hours are Monday–Thursday 9 am‑5.30 pm and Friday 9 am‑5 pm. After an initial training period of 2–4 weeks, hybrid working (3 days at home) will be offered.

Basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.

Requirements

Property management experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
