Based from our Manchester HQ, you will travel nationally with a teammate to deliver high-quality installation, snagging, and maintenance of Padel tennis courts across the UK.
This is a hands-on maintenance and installation role with travel, offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and full expenses paid for overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and snagging tasks such as glass fitting, rubber installation, paintwork, and finishing.
- Travel throughout the UK to various sites, working as part of a two-person installation team.
- Identify and resolve site issues and defects promptly, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Maintain professional conduct while working on customer sites.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence essential for travel across nationwide sites
- Previous experience in site maintenance, snagging, or field service engineering
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays (all expenses covered)
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varied on-site environments
