Based from our Manchester HQ, you will travel nationally with a teammate to deliver high-quality installation, snagging, and maintenance of Padel tennis courts across the UK.

This is a hands-on maintenance and installation role with travel, offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and full expenses paid for overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance and snagging tasks such as glass fitting, rubber installation, paintwork, and finishing.
  • Travel throughout the UK to various sites, working as part of a two-person installation team.
  • Identify and resolve site issues and defects promptly, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
  • Maintain professional conduct while working on customer sites.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence essential for travel across nationwide sites
  • Previous experience in site maintenance, snagging, or field service engineering
  • Willingness to travel with overnight stays (all expenses covered)
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to varied on-site environments
